Horace O. "Pete" Stickles, Jr., 60, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, June 22, 2013 at his home.
Born January 4, 1953, in Berkeley County, he was the son of the late Horace Stickles, Sr. and Louise Elizabeth Barrett Stickles.
He was employed at Wal-Mart as a greeter. He was an avid book reader.
Mr. Stickles is survived by two sisters, Christine Smith of Martinsburg, Peggy Johnson of CA.; a god-daughter, Tara Fisher; best friends, Steven Fisher, Dana Rooney Fisher; one nephew; two nieces; and several grand nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Lee Stickles.
A memorial service will be held at Needmore Cemetery at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 29, 2013
