Obituary

Edward Vincent Smith, of Hampstead, MD, departed this life suddenly October 26, 2008 in York after an accident at work. 

He was the son of Lane M. Smith, Sr. and Barbara Duane Smith of Westminster, MD. 

Mr. Smith was an avid motorcyclist and loved camping with his family. He was the owner of Smith Custom Builders. 

He was the husband of Karen Elaine Leese Smith, his wife of 24 years, and surviving in addition to her and his parents, are his daughter and son, Heather M. Smith and Cory Lane Smith; his brother Lane M. Smith, Jr.; his sisters, Lori Malbrough, Barbara Hossler and Mary Mitchell; his mother-in-law, Elaine Leese; and his brother-in-law, Douglas G. Leese; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

He was predeceased by his father in law, Glenn William Leese. 

Entombment was in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg.
