Obituary

Departed this life near Narrow Passage bridge, after a brief illness of Pneumonia, March 29th Joshua C. Barney, formerly a citizen of Wardensville, Hardly County, W. Va. 

The deceased had attained the age of three score and ten years fully. A goedly  number of persons attained on the occasion of his funeral, where Rev. P. Mider  preached and performed other burial service.
