Note 1: Ruth seemed reluctant to organize a family re-union so I recommend that we do not mention the fact that we are planning a reunion. After making a reservation we will then talk to the resort to arrange rooms in close proximity to one another. We are just a few families planning a vacation. Timeshare sellers are reluctant to book large groups because they feel that large groups will reduce the likelyhood of sales.
Note 2: They will also rent villas without the tour (at a higher rate) and if you want to extend your stay beyond the 4 days they will do that also. Talk to Ruth for more details.
Note 3: Reservations will be placed at the Barony Beach Club, however, it is likely that other (5star) Marriott properties will be used on Hilton Head Island if Barony is filled.
Note 4: Your Vacation Club reservation is good for 1 year from the date you reserve, if you can not make the Oct 8-11 date for any reason you can change your reservation without charge. They need 21 days notice. You can also change your reservation to another Marriott property.
