MRS. AMELIA LOCKE DEAD
Mrs. Amelia Stickles Locke, wife of Arthur H Locke, an employee of The Whitmore Lumber Company, died Saturday morning at her home in Ranson, following a long illness, aged 68 years. Funeral services were held at the home Monday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock with the Rev. Goodwin Frazer and the Rev. G. G. Snydor conducting the rites. Burial was in Edge Hill Cemetery.
Before marriage, Mrs. Locke was a Miss Stickles, a daughter of Henry Stickles, of Clarke Co, VA. Besides her husband, she leaves three daughters, Mrs. J. B. McCauley, Mrs. John McDonough, both of Charles Town; and Mrs. C. C. Saylor of Colorado; one son, Oscar Locke, of Boston Mass. In addition, there are seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
